Suites Tulum

Great place to Stay! We have been in Suites Tulum for 1 week and had a wonderfull time. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and made our stay a succes, they helped with bikes, transport, beach access , medical help etc. Rooms are beautyfull, we had a terrace and kitchen. The rooftop is fantastic!.Go for the sunset view! Free naturel water on each floor. The hotel is across the road from the beach, we had access to the beach club 50 meters from the suites, very good arranged for the whole week. There is 24/7 security, it was totally safe and comfortable stay. We also recommend restaurant Loco next to the hotel for great breakfast and dinner!

Our stay at Suites Tulum was incredible! The bed was super comfortable, the location was perfect, the rooftop plunge pool and beds were just what we were looking for ! Having access to the beach club across the street was amazing and convenient ! Loved making coffee in their outdoor kitchen and watching the sun rise over the jungle. Nico, Ivo and their team have provided us with the outmost care, support and superb customer service! We wish we were staying here longer and cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay at Suites Tulum! We chose the Birds Nest View room and loved the wall of windows and natural light from the top floor. The room was gorgeous and clean with kind of a rustic style. Sheets were the nicest we’ve had in Mexico and the king bed was comfy. Fridge and lockbox in room were handy and the shower is nice with saltwater stream. We especially loved the rooftop pool, sun beds, and communal dining area with chairs/tables where we could bring our lunch to and sit and eat. Staff was great, especially Nico who was in contact with us via WhatsApp beforehand, arranged beach access for us, and helped with parking. Keep in mind that this hotel is across the street from the main beach access, however they have an agreement with the hotel across the street and it was no problem for us to get into the beach and walk along the sand or swim. We were so happy with the cost of this accommodation that we were willing to sacrifice direct beach access, and I am so happy we did. The views of the jungle / reserve park on the other side are beautiful and we even got to see the sunset from the rooftop pool! You may see on Expedia a note that this property doesn’t have electricity during certain hours of the day, but this is incorrect. We were told that they used to have generators they shut off during the day, but they are now linked to the main electrical grid and we had no problems at all with electricity. A/C ran great and WiFi worked well Thanks for the awesome stay!

Suites Tulum was a delightful surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional care. We rented a car and they had space for it. The room was WAY more wonderful than we anticipated. We had the garden room with a king size bed, a small kitchenette and a fantastic porch looking over a small pool. We felt like we were in a jungle, a beautiful area. The beach just across the street and wonderful restaurant right next door. A beautiful upper deck accessible to all the guests with a kitchen and 2 small pools as well as places to bask in the sunshine. It was a REAL treat. We HIGHLY recommend Suites Tulum.

We stayed at Suites Tulum twice already, first in 2020 and now we came back in 2022 for another lovely stay. In the last two years they have built a new rooftop with a small pool and incredible views all around the jungle. The sunsets from here are amazing! We got one of the new rooms on the top floor and it was beautiful. Loved the natural elements, the tapestry on the wall and the bedside lights, so nice. The beach is just across the street and it’s still as beautiful as it was 2 years ago. Thank you for another great stay.

Brilliant place to stay, close enough to restaurants and bars, opposite a brilliant beach bar and restaurant called Sacred Hideaways which is linked to the small restaurant opposite on the street where we have eaten breakfast everyday, everyone has been so lovely and nice. Very happy with our stay, utilising the top pool and the beach all day access which is great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at suites Tulum. It was my first solo trip to Mexico and the vibe was so relaxing and the staff was so helpful and personable. There was live karaoke at the bar in front of the suites, the food there was amazing, across the street is a perfect little coffee shop with smoothies and pastries in the morning. You are a little bit further down the main strip of all the bars and clubs, but it’s very relaxing and very easy to get around.

Suites Tulum was a gem for my friends and I. We went last week and booked all 5 rooms. It was such a great experience. Each room is a little different in set up/style and included it’s own bathroom, king size bed, kitchen area with a mini fridge, a sofa and sliding glass doors. The AC was allowed from 7pm-7am which was perfect to sleep! They have a small pool that was so refreshing in the Mexico summer heat. The rom decor was perfect. The area is on the jungle side so it was pretty quiet. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we visit Tulum again.
